Healthy Little Swaps
Eating healthy should not feel like a punishment! You don't have to go cold turkey! I like to integrate healthy eating at my client's pace by introducing healthy little swaps— for example, taking sodas and replacing them with sparkling water, chips with roasted chickpeas, or heavy sauces with lighter foods like plant-based yogurt. My goal is to explore and support an individual plan for my clients, avoiding allergies and supporting sensory and taste preferences.


No surprises!
Cooking with Chef Arnella should never be a surprise! Families can choose from my menu of coaching sessions to modify and further individualize their safe cooking journey. Each one of my coaching sessions is preceded by a front-loading video that tells my client exactly what we will be talking about in our upcoming session. This helps clients be prepared and gives them time before our session to think of questions, supporting new chefs in their cooking environment.
